At this time, we also encourage you to visit the communities that you think are best-suited to your needs from the comparison table.
Once you have selected your preferred communities, we examine the financial terms of the purchase contracts using our specially-built contract comparison calculator to capture all of the initial and on-going expenses associated with the purchase, to show you one, easy-to-compare number for each community. This analysis will clearly show the complete cost of each purchase to you, taking into account estimated growth in capital value and expenses (this is very important as different communities offer a variety of purchase structures and it can be almost impossible to compare "apples with apples").
Following the Financial Evaluation process, you will be in a position to make an informed decision on your preferred property. We can then go and negotiate the purchase for you!
